For more than 30 years, Pat has built his talent acquisition leadership and executive search career around his passion for the technology industry and executive search consulting. His extensive search experience and business building background has served several of today’s most innovative and high-growth technology companies, including SAP and Siebel Systems.
Pat is committed to client satisfaction and providing superlative executive-talent attraction and retention, as well as supporting processes relevant per client and specific acquisition needs.

Mark brings hands-on experience and industry acumen to his current position, having served as Sr. VP of Global Talent Acquisition, Sr. Manager of Global Recruiting Operations and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at several top-tier technology corporations, including VCE (DELL), Fujitsu Consulting, and Siebel Systems (Oracle).
Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource administration from the University of St. Leo and his MBA from Baker College with an emphasis in Human Resources.

Jaclyn is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in skilled trades and high-tech industries. She helps manage and coordinate our RPO business. She brings enthusiasm and commitment to every project, ensuring client satisfaction and each candidate experiences is world class. Whether helping to source for a key strategic executive position or leading a team to staff 1000+ roles, no project is too small or too large.

Jaclyn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems.

With 30 years of contingency and retained search experience, Joe was the top producer for a national search firm for several years, led full-cycle recruitment for SAP’s corporate operations, and helmed his own firm for a decade.
Joe’s extensive and comprehensive recruiting experience includes being uniquely qualified in several disciplines - software industry sales, finance and accounting leadership, talent acquisition, facilities management, and information technology.
