    Mark brings hands-on experience and industry acumen to his current position, having served as Sr. VP of Global Talent Acquisition, Sr. Manager of Global Recruiting Operations and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at several top-tier technology corporations, including VCE (DELL), Fujitsu Consulting, and Siebel Systems (Oracle).
    Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource administration from the University of St. Leo and his MBA from Baker College with an emphasis in Human Resources.

    Shanil has built a reputation for transforming talent acquisition into a strategic growth engine that drives measurable business impact. Specifically, creating RPO solutions with nearshore/outsourced TA teams with AI Recruiting Technology to scale hiring while reducing costs by over 40%.
    As a Managing Director with CareerAve, Shanil advises global CareerAve clients including DocuSign, New Relic, and Palo Alto Networks on designing and optimizing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. This includes implementing Recruiting technologies (ATS implementations with Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, UKG) and AI-driven recruiting platforms to improve hiring efficiency and workforce scalability. He also leads CareerAve's growing HR Outsourcing & MSP solutons sectors.
